About DadHD Brain

I’m Brandon. I’m a husband, dad, student, and People Operations Manager trying to build a meaningful life without living it with 47 windows open all the time.

This blog is a place for my thoughts, lessons, random realizations, and the occasional controlled spiral. A lot of what I write comes from trying to balance work, school, family, faith, and a brain that does not believe in quiet.

By day, I work in a role that helps support families in difficult situations and move toward stability and real change. I’m also studying Human Resource Management at Bellevue University and working toward becoming an HR Director.

Before this chapter of life, I spent 9 years in car sales. I was good at it, but it never felt like the right fit. Walking away from that and moving toward work that actually aligns with who I am changed a lot for me.

I’m also someone trying to be more present. More intentional. More awake to my own life while I’m living it.

Some posts here will be about work and leadership. Some will be about family, faith, growth, and trying to become a better husband and dad. Some will just be me chasing a thought long enough to figure out whether it actually means something.

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re probably in the right place.
